You know what I really hate? Hypocrites. Everyone in this world is a hypocrite, and hell, even I'm a hypocrite (and I just contradicted myself, got I hate hypocrites.)
But the biggest hyprocrites I've come across has got to be the media. When Micahel Jackson was alive, they bashed him with all these fake rumours that degrade him and hurt him deeply. But when he died, look who sucked up to him first.
With the media literally everywhere, they influence the public who also turn into hyprocrites. Jumping the bandwagon.
I wouldn't say I'm a total fangirl of MJ's, but I do love his music and I really respect him. I can't even put how much respect I have for him in words. I admit though, there was this short period of time where I did jump the bandwagon. I wasn't fully convinced, so I did my research and hence, I believed he is innocent.
What also pisses me off is that there are people who used to see MJ as a pedophile/freak/plastic-surgery-obsess
ed and now they're praising him like they've been a fan of his for a long time. It angers me so to see some of my mates put "RIP Michael Jackson" up on their MSN, why do they do that? I've lost half of my respect for them.
For fuck's sake, that's not respect. That's jumping bandwagon.
If everyone is going to praise him as the music legend... why didn't they do it before when he was alive?
